How can an item be returned?

Please email us at Atwellclothing@gmail.com providing us with details of your exchange or refund request.  We will send you a returns address.  As soon as we receive the item back we will immediately process your exchange or refund.

I want to exchange an item but it is out of stock, does this mean I have to wait for an exchange? 

Possibly, due to high demand we can on occasions be out of stock of some items. If this happens we are happy to exchange for an alternative item  or provide you with a refund but we will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Please wait until the time frames stated on our shipping page are complete and if your order has still not arrived email us at atwellclothing@gmail.com.

I put the wrong shipping address when I ordered. How can I change this?
